Terms: These terms and conditions shall govern each contact made with the customer by Euroracer.net

Prices: All prices are inclusive sales tax. Euroracer.net reserves the right to increase its standard charges without notice and at its sole discretion.

Copyright: All images are the copyright of euroracer.net or its contributors. All rights in them are reserved.

We stress that acknowledgement/ credit must be given to euroracer.net upon publication.

Accounts: Approved accounts must be settled in full within thirty days of the date of download.Euroracer.net reserves the right to charge interest, at 2,0 % per month for late settlement of accounts. Any charges incurred by euroracer.net to recover outstanding amounts will be charged to the customer. Account queries should be raised within thirty days of downloading images. Euroracer.net cannot be held responsible for queries after this time.

Conditions for reproduction of pictures:

No variation of terms and conditions set out herein shall be effective unless agreed in writing by both parties.

Pictures are supplied on loan and no property or copyright in any picture shall pass to the client whether on its submission or on the Suppliers´ grant of reproduction rights in respect thereof.

Reproduction rights are strictly limited to be used in the language and country of download. Rights granted to reproduce a picture do not include the right to use that picture directly or indirectly in any manner in advertising, unless such rights are specifically granted in writing.

Reproduction rights are personal to the client and my not be assigned, nor may any picture downloaded by the Client be loaned or transferred to third parties save for the purpose of the exercise by the Client for reproduction.

The Client´s  right to reproduce a picture arises only when the Suppliers bill has been fully paid.

Reproductions rights are not granted exclusively to the Client except when specified in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any picture reproduced by the Client  omits the copyright notice or credit line specified by euroracer.net a supplementary  fee is payable.
